MIAMI is considered one of the FOOD Cities in the USA with over 500 restaurants offering a variety of cuisines including international flavors, such as Cuban, Haitian, Peruvian, Mexican, Italian, Indian, Thai, Japanese, Argentinean and many more. MECC will help chefs, restaurants, caterers and the general food industry through educational programs to advance their skills, by promoting their businesses, representing their interests before government regulators, facilitating the necessary licenses and approvals, providing various business and networking events to showcase their foods and abilities, and much more.
